With a strong foundation in education and business, Dr. Latoya Anthony holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, where her career-driven efforts have resonated through her work in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Anthony carries a strong passion for leadership and the empowerment of women of color in corporate and educational spaces. This work not only deepened her passion for equity and transformation but also positioned her as a sought-after voice in both academic and entrepreneurial spaces.
